CA_ Mark Porter (51) won the 250cc A class during round eight of the FMC Winter Series at Marion County MX in Ocala. Florida. Seay scores at Marion CountyMX By Gwen Millan OCALA, FL, MAR. 8 The eighth and final round of FMC's Winter Cup Series held at Marion County MX in Ocala, saw ~ large field of racers on hand for today's competition. Lonnie Seay came out on top of an intense battle for the· 125cc B class. Seay grabbed the early lead with Robert Cassube and David Osborne close behind. Near the midway point of the molO Cassube got on the gas and started to challenge Seay. Cassube took over the lead, but Seay kept the pressure on and forced his way by to regain the top spot It was still a good battle out front after Seay took first place back from Cassube as Seay couldn't afford to make a mistake. Osborne was hanging on for third, having bull-dogged his way around the track. In the final laps Seay emerged the wirtner of molO one, as Cassube and Osborne £i1led ou t the top three. The second moto of the 125cc B was just as action packed as the first with Cassube, George Stewart and Seay going at it hot and heavy. It was Stewart, Seay, and Cassube staging a super dice for most of the molO, the next few laps remained a test of endurance. Seay claimed the molO victory and the class overall. T.].
