Kerker Exhaust $ystems over the pack, as he sellled in for the easy victory. Wensloff and Graves got the beller of the others to round out the LOp three. Adamo shot out to a big lead immediately in the Twins race with his novice teammate Duane Summers following. Summers soon faded as Eiker began a charge after Adamo. By the fourth lap Eiker, the defending La Carrera' Mexican Road Race champ, was on Adamo and pressuring the multi-time BoTT champ. On the fifth lap, Eiker went by and held the lead to the finish. Adamo didn't give up and pushed Eiker to the line, but had to settle for second. Lee Fleming, the Over-40 winner, finished third. • Canoga Park, California 818-999-3(6) David Langford, Siegal and Curtis Adams. Steward continued to pull away and the only drama came on the third lap when Moore ran off the track in tum nine, losing five positions. Langford took over the runner-up slot and held it to the finish. Third place went to Siegal with' Adams fourth and Moore recovering for fifth place. Steward later told spectators over the public address system that he was concerned about Polen's crash and also was aHected by the wind. The 600cc Superstreet was the last and perhaps most exci ting race of the day. As the pack charged into turn one it was Rayborn with the lead followed by RoloH, Cardillo and Carroll. However, Rayborn ran it into turn three tOO hard, 10 t the front wheel and was left sitting in a cloud of dust as the others shot past. "1 pushed it too hard," a dejected Rayborn said. "1 wanted to get a lead and it washed out the front end. It taught me a good lesson. The tires were cold, I pushed it too hard and it folded under." Roloff now had a lead over Carroll and Cardillo, but Carroll was on the move. By the third lap Carroll was on the veteran Roloff and at the end of the third lap was past. The two continued to ballie to the finish with Carroll holding on for the win. Dave Morris finished third with Cardillo fourth and Tony Mathews fifth. Cardillo was equally as impressive as Carroll in his 600cc Stock Production win. Cardillo put his FZ600 into the lead immediately and pulled away from a six-man dice that included Peter WensIof£, Mike Graves, Don Caney, Moore and Doug Toland. Toland was aboard the only Honda Hurricane in the field. By the third lap, Cardillo had already opened up a 6.2-second lead Results 250 MOD PROD: 1. Whitney BI.kesee (K,wl; 2. Joe Solis (Kaw); 3.
