To the733 riders
who competed awnst
this bike in Ronda.
Here's what it looks
like from the front.
On December27, ridersfrom
all over the world arrived m
Gatorback for round one of this
year's floridaWmter AMA
MXSeries.
They came from Peru.
Canada England. South Afiica.
And 29 American states.
And not a single one ofthem
got to see the bike on the left
from this angle. But they sure
saw it from behind.
BecauseYamahas Jeff
Stanton absolutely devastated
the pack in the SOOcc class.
And that was just the first
of many Yamaha firsts.
Keith Bowen took the 250cc
class (Stanton finished third).
Michael Stahlman took the Open
A class. And Damon Bradshaw
took the 125cc B class and
the 85cc 12-15 Mini class. Yamaha
riders also took firsts in the250cc
Amateur class, the Open Novice
class, and the 125cc C class.
All in all, an impressive
string of victories.
This week, the Series continues. And, of course, our riders
are planning to put on another
big show for the crowd. Our competition is welcome to watch, too.
There'll be plenty of seats
in the back.
