The point that Joe made is that Lhe Motorcycle Repair class at Los Angeles Trade-Tech is part of Lhe AULomotive Departmem, but only Trade-Tech offers this program in the nine college di tricl. Joe felt that to completely phaseout this pmgram could affect as many as eight million people in Los Angeles Coul1ly.
