You know how 18-year-olds are.They
get on a motorcycle and the first thing
they have to do is find out how fast it goes.
Especially if the 18-year-old is Keith
Bowen. And the motorcycle is a 1986
Ymn~aYZ~5.
.
Which explains, but doesn't excuse,
Keith's behavior in the fifth round of the
~5cc AMA Nationals in Lakewood, Colorado. He tore off 1-3 moto scores, prompting officials to slap him with a trophy:
Keith Bowens motorcycle,
t~
all-new 1986 fZ125,
is available at your local
Yamaha dealer.
Whats more, it also happened to be
Keith's second offense.
Just a few weeks ago, he pulled
the smne stunt in Massachusetts. Which
makes him the only rider.in the ~5
Nationals with two victories on his record.
We think that grueling 40-minute
motos, over some of the most treacherous
terrain imaginable, is punishment enough
for Keith.
Not to mention hisYZ.
A machine with a new cooling system
that defies heat distortion New suspension that can take cruel and unusual
pounding without fading. And a ne\v, lightweight frame with extra gusseting at the
pivot point for durability:
So clearly its not Keith whds in trouble.
Its his competition.
