Safety Helmet Council of America Executive Director Jodi Delucca has announced the voluntary dissolution of the 15-year-old international trade association. In a SHCA pre.. release. Delucca said that the primary reason for the decision was not being able to find liability insurance for the association and its elected officers and directors. The 33rd Macau Grand Prix has been scheduled for November 22-23 on the island of Macau, southeast of China. The new book "Beating the Radar Rap" maps out strategy for fighting radar-clocked speeding tickets in court, without a lawyer. The book was written by Dale T.
