stretched his lead, there was much position shifting in the pack. BenZakaritan, displaced Inderbitzin and Bridges with long, hard drives into the first turn. This turn is a decreasing t:adius corner that leads into the infield and becomes a right-hand turn, the downfall of many - including Carriger in the 500cc Expert final. At the checkers it was Carriger with a five-bikelen'gth lead over Zakarian, who in turn was followed by Inderbitz.in. Bridges faded to fifth. Newcomer to Bolado Amateur flat track action., Chris Neal, a vastly experienced motocrosser from Hollister, took the 80cc Mini final. His style was unique in that it was his first ever flat track experience, but the fans appreciated his expert right hand turns; rapid acceleration and wheelies in the short straight.
