About o ne-fo urth of California' s land surface is desert, and about onehalf of this land is public land administered by th e Burea u of Land Man agement. 52061 would . establish a massive pro tect ion policy process on this land. No similar bi11 ha s been introduced in the House of Representatives, bu t you may be sure tha t, if one shou ld be introduced. En durance Series. Round 2 at St. Louis. we were disap pointed . The overall results listed were correct. H owever. we were li sted as p laci ng th ird in th e GTO class whe n we actually pla ced third in th e GT U class. In th e body copy o f th e article. there was no mention of our team wh atsoev er even though we placed fift h overall. This oversight was particularly n o ticea ble si nce yo u listed teams which finished after us .
