JOIN THE1URCORACING TEAM Gresham takes lodi Pro-Am win By George Cooper "SPECIALSPONSORSHIPPACKS" LOD! , CA, APR. 27 Lodi Motorcvcle Club hosted the first 1986 District 36 Pro Am TT this Sunday and surprised the riders with an unusu al track layout. It wa s relatively smooth for a T'T, with on ly one right ha nder and lacking th e traditiona l jump. It was a fast track , ho wever, and Mike Gresham of O ro ville seemed" satisfied as he raced to victory in th e Pro-Am main event. Gresh a m 's win was not a runaway victor y th an ks to Tommy Carriger and Mik e McDo nnell. Carriger and McDonnell fin ish ed firs t a nd seco nd in th e 500cc Expert class a nd both were hot to repea t in th e Pro -Am . Carr ig er is fa st every week , a n d McDonnell is mot ivat ed . Sti ll, th e killed efforts of bo th were not eno ugh to overcome Gresham's de termi natio n as he took th e nag ahe ad of the est.
