Toyota Motor Sales U.S.A. and the Budweiser Brewing Company are presenting throughout 1986 a
ten race series for Formula U.S.A. Motorcycles on Willow Springs International Raceway at
Rosamond, California.
Supporting Sponsors for the ten race series are Bel Ray-Total Performance Lubricants, Suncrest
Motor Homes, Daeco Racing Gasoline, Dunlop Tires, California Superbike School. NO Spark Plugs,
Shoei Helmets, California Cooler, Valley News, Essex House, CR Cycle Racer, KAV-TV 12 & Reel World.
Together Sponsorship totals over $75,000.00 including a 1986 Toyota Pickup, a solid gold 1986
Formula U.S.A. Championship Buckle, and $3,000.00 in cash going to the winner of the series with the
balance to be distributed up to fifteenth place in the series. A $1,000.00 purse will be presented by
WSIR for each event .
The series should unleash talent and skill in all aspects of Motorcycle Road Racing. Innovation or
new ideas and secrets will all be allowed. There are no limits. As an added incentive to .t he riders
Bill Huth will personally present a $5,000.00 U.S. Savings Bond to any F/USA entrant who can break
the 1 minute 26..4 second record held by Randy Mamola riding the Suzuki F/1 bike.
