Ho lla nd staved close to Bowen 's pa ce, wh ile Ya~a ha 's Sco tt Burn wort h and Suzuki 's Eri k Keh oe go t past R ya n for th ird and fo urth. Suzu ki 's A.J. Within th e firs t few la ps o f th e mota H o lland passed h is teammate Keh oe a n d sta rte d to work o n Dymond. H olland worked p ast Dym ond th e nex t time around. Dymond start ed 10 fade nea r the 15-m in u te m id moto mark , a nd Keh oe and Wh iting wen t int o the two-three spots'. Befor e lo ng th e th ree Suzu ki riders o u t front h ad put a half lap o n Dymond . H o lland ran to the fini sh in th e lead , a nd threw a victory fist into th e air o ff th e fin al jump. Keh oe a nd Wh itin g were still seco nd a nd third , and Dymond came in a dis ta nt fourth. Ka wasa ki's Eddi e Warren wo rked hi s way th rough the p ack an d fin ish ed fifth .
