They checked the calendar. They were sure January 18th was a Saturday.
But Brian Fry and Suzuki put a stop to that. Brian won the Quad Racer Championship at the
Anaheim SuperCross and had the competition yelling "May Day."

A field of fifteen qualifiers from the Trans Cal Lady Liberty Series were dazed as-Fry rode his
Suzuki LT250R to an unbelievable come-from-behind victory in the first moto. His momentum carried
over to the second moto as Fry grabbed the lead from the start and refused to let go.
First prize.":'Cis $1,4Q . SO for Brian Fry, Saturday was payday.
