Top Fuel racer Wills achieved a first on his Kawasaki-based dragster: he became the first rider to officiallybreak the treasured 200 mph barrier twice.Wills captured the final round and the IDBA series title with incredible runs of 200.22 and 200.89. I '--- ----' The field in Baja's La Carrera coast-to-coast road race had nothing on Kawasaki's Steve Ballmer, either. He won handily with the bare essentials: a stock dual-purpose KLR600, with liquid-cooled raw power and UniTraJCD suspension. While the Competition took a siesta, Ballmer had a fiesta running wild in the Mexican streets. Incredibly, Steve rode the same KLR from his Orange County home to the Baja race and back.
