Honda dea ler Ted Gansberger, part o f a no rthern California group, first brought hi s H o nda to the Salt in 1980, a str iki ng high -tech, turbo cha rged , red -framed 750. Initiall y. th e bi ke proved to be just a little to o tric k. The int ercooler didn 't help, a nd neith er did th e fla shy fra m e. Wi th th e firs t rem o ved and the second replaced wi th som ethi ng m o re co nserva tive, Gansbe rg er a nd crew set tled d own to sho wing what a 750cc bike co u ld d o .
