Smith 's CR250 kept up the blistering p ace throughou t wi th Will iams mai ntain ing abou t on e-m inut e in arrears with Wi lson still third a n d over a min ut e in front of H oward a nd Lew is moving up to fifth. It was a twom in ut e lead fo r la p four with Wi lson on ly about 30 seconds behind William s and H oward and Lewis just th ro ugh before th e ch eckers a s th e on ly five to m ak e the fifth lap . Biro and Ro b Mihovi ch raced th ro ugh th e checkers for a close finish , third a nd fou rt h in the cla ss while Lewis took the 125cc class o ver Andy Key a nd John Stedman . AI Kent topped Don Heyfron for th e 125cc Seniors with Ha ns H ey, a ll th e way from Amsterdam and th e Sch ipol Ai rport Fire Dept., third p lace.
