Parnell has a vertical and horizontal crack in his neck's sixth vertebrae. but has good mobility on his left side an d right arm. H is ri g ht leg and foot are the only problem as he is experiencing slowness in those areas. A full recov ery is expected fo r Parnell who says "I feel fine and I ' m ready to get out of here."
