Bubba Shobert has turned a title chase into an all out pursuit.
And the man he's trying to catch is his Honda Teammate, Ricky Graham.
Bubbas been to victory circle for 10 consecutive races, and just last
weekend he and his Honda V-twin RS750 won the Sacramento Mile.
Whdd he beat? Ricky Graham-who finished second, making it a 1-2 day
for Honda.
Now both riders are so close on points, it will all boil down to the
very last mile-a showdown at Springfield for the 1984 Grand
National Championship.
We'd like to thank Bubba and Ricky for taking the series
battle right down to the last mile. Both riders are fast
and talented. Both want to win. And they've both
got one thing in cornmon:
They get good mileage.
