SAVANNAH, Ga.-An eight hour, high speed chase around Roebling Road ended abruptly Saturday as three Yamaha motorcycles were pulled over and their riders escorted to the winnerS circle. Ralph johnston, Sr. 42, Ralph johnston, jr. 20, Don Seilschott 29 and Doug Cross 25, ofTeam Northridge were accused of riding a ba.sically stock Yamaha FjllOO at excessive Ya~ F]ll00 1st in t~'Heavy Weight Superbike Class. speeds in the Heavy Weight Superbike Class.The team, started twelve years ago, has a previous record that includes a first in the 1983 WERA Middle Weight Class and a fourth overall while riding a Yamaha 550. Reggie Knight, Richard johnson, Donnie Caison, and Joey Nobel of Recycle Racing were accused of racing under the influence of a basically stock Yamaha RZ350 in the Light Weight Production Class.. And riding for Red Hot Racing, Lee Ann Frank, Eric Schilling, and Marcus Thompson were charged with driving too fast and running the competition off the road on .a basically stock RZ350 in the Light Weight Superbike Class. .. All eleven riders pleaded guilty as charged and were warned that if they continued to drive their motorcycles in this manner they'd be sent up to the world class circuit Their bikes, a production FjllOO and two production RZ350s, were charged with impersonating race bikes and were sent to your local Yamaha dealer. \1siting hours are whenever he's open. 21
