Team Hammer really drove home a point on July 7 in Savannah.
They rode their 1100-powered Suzuki to a 9 lap victory in Round 5 of
the WERA National Endurance Series. That's right, nine laps.
And they did it despite a flat tire that cost them four laps at the start.
But once the team started they just reeled in the leaders and turned

them into followers. That's getting to be a habit for Team Hammer and
their Suzukis. So far this season, they've entered three WERA
rounds. And they nailed clown all three.
