(127) CHATSWORTH, ONTARIO, CANADA, JULY I Reigning 250cc World Champion Georges lobe, now competing in the 500cc class aboard a Kawasaki SR500, outwitted and outran fellow Belgian Andre Malherbe to win both motos of the Canadian 500cc Grand Prix MX by relatively slight margins. jobe, a double title-holder himself, took command within two laps of the drop of the gate in both motos and never lost the lead despite constant pressure from Malherbe, a Honda factory rider, double 500cc World Champion, and series point leader going into this round. Four laps into the first moto, and within two lap in the next, Malherbe joined lobe in front; the pair engaging in race-long nerve and endurance contest. Twice Malherbe ran a very close second, with lobe always in his ights. Twice MaJherbe closed in on the Kawasaki rider in the last two laps and came within a bikelength of lobe, making his move on the same part of the 2.0-kilometer MoLO Park track and failed: "That's just it," Malherbe said. "I waited, tried LO pass him there, and didn't make it. I'm very happy with second pl
