When World Champion Freddie Spencer and
Grand National Champion David Bailey hit the
beach together, there's just one thing to call it.
A title wave.
In the Bell Superbike 100 at Daytona, "Fast
Freddie" led a one, two, three, four Honda sweep.
Setting a new track record in qualifying on his
Team Honda V45 Interceptor~ Superbike. Then lapping the field through fifth place on his way to victory.
Freddie was followed to the flag by Sam
McDonald, John Bettencourt and Roberto Pietri.
All on Honda Interceptors.

In the following days Supercross the Team
Honda tandem of National Champions David Bailey
and Johnny O'Mara did their part for the Red Tide.
Fmishing first and third aboard RC250s equipped
with Water-cooling, front disc brakes and Honda's
exclusive Pro-Link~ rear suspension.

for Honda in the Superbike and Supercross events
