The meeting will begin at 7:30 p.m. in the South County Regional Center, 800 West Branch. The Pier and Grand Avenue entrances have become increasingly unacceptable to ore-highway vehicle users. Further information may be obtained from and comments addressed to Lester Maddox, Division of Ore-Highway Motor Vehicle Recreation, Department of Park and Recreation, P.O.
