There'll Always be an En~land Department: just when you thought the last spadeful of dirt had been thrown on the grave of the Triumph motor· cycle, along comes some good news. A British company called Racing Spares purchased the rights to the Triumph name and is planning to have kick-start TI40 BonneviLIes ready for sale by june of this year. Cycle News got the information from john Calicchio, the man behind jRC, a California-based company that specializes in British bikes. Calicchio said that he has a verbal agreement with Racing Spares (soon to be renamed Triumph Motorcycles Ltd.) naming jRC as the V.S. distributor of the "new" Triumphs. Calicchio hopes to sign a formal agreement by january 20. and have the bikes ready for V.S. sale by the end of summer. The parti~ involved are shooting for a price of $Z995, and the bikes will be
