On th e roa d , Qua y becam e Hick s' m ech an ic, a nd a t th e end o f th e 1983 seaso n , Bo b a ppo in te d George as vice p resid ent o f Tea m Ta rnm. In th e fut u re, Bo b sees tha t motocross racing wi ll take on a big cha ng e and he pla ns o n bei ng pa rt o f tha t ch ange.
