1984 WRANGt.ER SUPERCROSS SERIES The INSPORT tour events will payout over $700,000 in 1984. This is up over 30% from 1983. MILLER HIGH LIFE POSTS $110,000 FOR RIDERS Miller is a major sponsor of INSPORT events for 1984. There will be over $110,000 from Miller this year. There will be winners prize money at each event plus cash for back of the pack. Topping off the season will be the Miller Masters a $50,000 special event at the last Supercross and featuring a $30,000 first place payout. Wrangler will be posting $125,000 for a Supercross Point Fund and Wrangler Dash. Details of these programs to be released in the near future. diet Coke JUMPS IN FOR $15,000 At each INSPORT tour Supercross diet Coke will pay $1,000 to the rider who flies the farthest (without falling) off the Coca-Cola Catapult. INSPORT will be working to" bring more of this type of special competition to make Supercross more exciting for the fans and more profitable for the competitors. \ (;)-n~II#1' . ) 7~: ~ INSPORT ACTION One of our major jobs at INSPORT will be to bring in more sponsors from outside of the motorcycle industry. We will help crea te bigger purses, more team support and more contingency mone y. Supercross has a great future and we are wo rking hard to make it big in 1984 . The sport of Supe rcross has selling power. Sponsors get solid value from their promotional dollars. In turn, Supercross gets more national exposure, more fans enjoy Supe rcross and more media coverage expands Supercross's influence. This means that fans will be able to purchase regu lar Supercross tickets for as low as $6 .
