~ 00 0') • I For the second year in a row, the Supercross Championship went to a Team Honda rider. In the beginning, David Bailey won at Anaheim. He kept piling up the points throughout the season. And on August 6, in the Pasadena Rose Bowl, he clinched the title. The same title Donnie Hansen and Team Honda wrapped up at the Superbowl of Motocross last year. Now we hate to preach, but when you ride a liquid-cooled, Pro-Link equipped Honda motocrosser, there's a good chance you'll be rewarded in the end. It also helps to have a mechanic and guardian angel like Cliff White performing miracles for you. As well as the entire Team Honda crew. So that when David Bailey said to the competition, "Get thee behind me;' they really had no choice. 1M 9
