Amateurs attack wild Washougal Gold Cup By Brian Barnes WASHO UGAL, WA, J U NE 12 Washougal's Natio nal track was ho st to the fifth race of Yamaha Gold Cup thi s weekend and was the scene of a very successful event with some 400 riders taking part. No less than 10 riders wen t home with double-mote sweeps for the first overall positions. Wh ile j eff Daily was win ni ng the 60cc Expe rt class, T ara Harr ison took third in the first race and then stormed past Kawasaki 's Butch Smith to capture second overall.
