Barricades had al ways been sta nda rd at San J ose, and up till th e last two years, at Sacramento . If yo u were there April 16 and had a ny grandstand seat, th en yo u sa w onl y hal£ a race due to th e general adm ission ticket holders lining th e fen ce at least five deep and tot ally b locking th e vi ew o f th e Cr ont straightaway. If the Agaj anians are going to let th is happen eac h year, th en they sh ould advertise the race as being a half mile, because that's a ll you cou ld see!
