When we went to Florida, we knew it would be warm,
But we were hot.
Take Pro-rider Karl Jordan. He and his stockYl125 tanned everybody's
hide for the third straight time, in the third round ofthe Florida\\1nter Series.
Score to date: Jordan, 6 motos. Competition, 0.
MarkMurphy hung onto his points leadinthe 250Pro Class bysweating
out a tough second spot.
Meanwhile,Yamaha's amateurs kept up the blistering pace.
Kevin Ioley finished first for the third time in 3 rounds on anewYl250,
earning him 6 wins in 6 motos. While hisYamaha teammates peeled off4 more
firsts. And a couple ofguys who just happened toshow up onYamahas added
another 2.
Whew!
If, from all thi ,you come to the conclusion that the 1983Yamahas are
worth checking out, we certainly won't argue.
