Weinert and Rodriquez traded positions in moto two and Rodriquez had to settle for second overall with Miller placing third. Suzuki's Mini phenomenon Larry Brooks dominated the SOcc Expert race with back-to-back moto wins despite strong performances from Yamaha rider Bobby Moore and Kawasaki ace Paul Denis.
