DeCarlo crashed and H ybarger went on to win the overall (phew). All this action overshadowed the run away seco nd moto win of Holcomb. rode and finished both grueling motos. J eff Daily led both outings on his KX 60cc rocket, being challenged by long time rival Ryan Huffman (Ya m support/Hen of Roseburg). Daily was totally unstoppable with only Huffman and Chuckle Standeford (Ya m) sta ying in th e"running. Jimmy Row (Yam) came up th e winner in th e Novice portion, beating Cory Anderson and Bret Holm, both Yamaha mounted. Dail y shot off the line once again to lead the field into th e soupy, Eugene dirt a t th e start of th e first Min i Intermediate ra ce. Daily found that winning isn't always eas y, th ough, as Matt Ramey gave chase, waited to make his move a nd succeeded. Ramey went all th e wa y to the checkered flag to beat Dail y a nd Darren Flem in g (Suz), Dail y was o ut for reven ge in moto two a nd socked it to 'em 10 take' th e overa ll win over Ramey in o ne of th e closest battl es of th e day.
