I promoted motocross around Jackson for years. but motocross seems to be dying out around here and ATV racing is on the upswing. We run an 118 mile oval for race karts, three-wheelers. MS Hello. my name is Kenny Romine. I have read a recent copy of your ATV newspaper. It was very interesting to me an d I enjoyed it. I am writing to ask for a sub scrip tion of your paper. I have two Yamaha three-wheelers. a 125cc and the new l75cc. After reading your paper I'd like to get into racing my 175. I'd enjoy reading all your papers. KENNY ROMINE Hatfield. AR It is very seldom that I take time out to write anyone . let alone a paper. but ATV News deserves this timeout . I've read those "other" ATV periodicals and was left feeling like I was 12 years old again because those mags could hardly be written for anyone much older. All those "othe r" mags have proven to me is that you don't have to ever have ridden a three-wheeler or ATV to write about one. I just feel sorry for all those 12 year olds out there that get burned by some publisher who makes people think that he's one of us three-wheel ing people to the end. I know I'll see you out there . I've been riding threewheelers since 1972-73 starting with an old Honda 90. I've owned eight Honda three-wheelers . one Honda Odyssey. one Yamaha 125 and one Harley. Enclosed is picture of Harley. ATV racing is just getting start ed here in east Tennessee. We have two tracks now running threewheelers: Telford Raceway. ' which runs a grass track every other Saturday night. and Muddy Creek MX . which runs a three-wheel race along with their regular motocross race . I would like to thank landowners.'
