A TV NEWS,
as Wright or Dickaon, but the power to
the ground coming out of the turns
was a lot better. 1 felt 1 was goin$ a lot
faster, say the last 10 minutes. The
Nickelson frame was really working
good."
With the !I·wheelers only running
one 20·minute moto it was enough to
really get the crowd pumped. After all,
that's why this race came about, to in·
troduce ATC racing to spectators.
"We learned a lot from this one race,"
commented Rich Kimball, the main
man behind the race. Keith Reeve of
American Honda was very pleased,
not just because Team Honda took
both class wins, but the race also gen·
erated' an interest in the non·ATC
owner. ''I'm working on getting at
least 60 riders out here in November,"
Reeve commented.
Even though there were only 20 !I.
wheelers the point was brought across
that !I·wheelers are here to stay!
