Ron Turner claimed his first victory aboard his new GS-ll00 Suzuki (called 'The Assassin') in round 3 of the IDBA Pro-Stock series at Ohio valley Raceway. After rain delayed the race. This was the first time that this club has ever raced at Arroyo and some radical desert winds greeted everyone.
