Rehn· quist's first moto, however, didn't go well for him and he finished ninth. Mattews made it up to second place in round two to take the overall win. Jeff Clark (Suz) was second overall with a 2-3 run while Pat Schreffler went 3-4 for third. ~ 00 0') ~ Results MINI SIliboI (1t8wI; e..-.BEG: 1. _S _ ShoHord lY..,j. 2. 51-. (It8wI; 3. Pet Owe,. end Weyne Moulton. gave him the overall win, with Svensen second and Quigley third, In the Open ranks, the Intermedi· ates had the bi~ class. Robert Casper (Yam) ran away with both wins. Anyone involved in motlx:ross three years ago will probably remember Arden Hadley's name as a consistent Pro finisher. He was back on the track again last week after a long lay-off, pulling off a second to Casper on a borrowed Maico. Third went to Vince Gonzales (Suz) with a 5-3 run. Pro action saw Don Griewe (Mai) and Bob Elliott (Suz) dueling in the Open class. Griewe ran away with the first round while Elliott struggled with a poor start to finish fourth. In the following race, however, Elliott got the holeshot and held off the hard charging Maico pilot all the way.. Griewe still got top cash with Elliott second and Ronnie Gibson (Mai) third. The first 250cc Pro moto was topped by Eric MacCracken (Yam) after an early dice with Greg litterkopf (Yam) and David Williams (Mai). But in the next race, MacCracken could only manage a futh while litterkopf took the win. Second overall went to Williams over MacCracken. Rock Temple, a rider usually found in the 250cc Pro class, tried his hand with an RM 125 to take the win on his first try. Randy Yetto (Yam) won the first round, but couldn't catch Temple in round two for the money. ThIrd place in both motos went to Varney Holbrook (Hon). Results IIDe"".'.
