Whitney Blakeslee broke his second lap record in as many ARRA races. Griewe finally got his machine rolling again. but it had cost him almost an entire lap. Greenway was the only rider to keep Tarantino in sight in the following laps, but Griewe did manage to work his way up to a distant fourth behind Jordan, which was good enough for third overall. In the 125cc Pro class Andy Northrup was finally dethroned when KTMmounted Troy Lee got by him to take the second mota. Northrup had gone from flag to flag in front of moto one, but the tie- breaker was the second round so he wound up second in line for the money. Clint Songer (Yam) was third in both motos. The star of the 125cc Beginner class was Robbie James (Yam) who took both motos of the first division. Second place in mota one went to Tony Thompson (Suz), but he ran into trouble in round two and could only manage an eighth. The number two spot in the second race went to Mark Plechof (Yam) for second overall. Jeff Monroe (Yam) combined a 5-!I score to finish third overall ahead of Thompson and Dean Hent'horn (Yam). It was a Kawasaki sweep in the Mini Novice class with green machines taking four of the top five positions. The win went to Jerry Reyes who scored two seconds while John Begin rode his Suzuki into second by going 4-1. Roger Ebling took rwo thirds for third overall ahead of Steve Morehouse and Kevin Canada.
