Riding his own KZ1000, he just cleaned up in the Pro Stock class at the Gator Nationals, the first N.M.R.A. event of 1980. With a winning run of 9.196 seconds/ 140.18 mph, Mike finished ahead of some of the fastest Pro Stock bikes around.
