All right, this is it! Your chance to pick the fastest, neatest, J>estest
moto'sickle competitor in the whole western United States. Who will
it be? A flat tracker, road racer, motocrosser, enduro/ISDT rider,
observed trials plonker, hillclimber, desert racer, speedway rider, or
someone from a form of motorcycle competition as yet undiscovered?
The rules of the '79 Cycle News/West Rider of the Year contest
are simple. You nominate your favorite rider, as long as that
favorite rider lives in the circulation area of Cycle News West. The
boundaries are the eastern borders of Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas,
Nebraska, South and North Dakota. That's the only eligibility
factor. Age, sex, race, creed, and breed of dog .owned are not
considered.
