Bob Hannah went on his usual two-moto win spree. easily taking the first. then crashing and dicing with Jim Weinert in the second. (File photos) collided with a spectator crossing th e track . When Hannah went d own . Weinert pu t himself in a lead which last ed for three la ps befor e Bob caugh t back up and got around agai n. But instead of pulling away from Wein ert. it loo ked like the J a m mer ha d turned up the wick on his Uni-Tra k. T wo mor e la ps a nd W einert was past Bob a nd into the lead again . Back a nd forth they traded the lea d in an apparent scuffl e which was driving the fans wild . A c heck o f la p times t hough , show ed Hannah and W einert wer e turn ing t imes so me three seco n ds slower th a n the 125c c bikes on the high spe ed co urse . They were really playing to keep the fans entertained. Weinert wanted to go faster , but . - . " I've had an infection a nd have been on antib iotics all week and haven't felt right. H annah went faster th e last few la ps to try to ta ke th e win by a safe ma rgin , shaving some four seconds off his lap times in th e process.
