WA , MAR . 3 A day t hat started like the J onestown flood saw a rat her slow first round as the Woodland Pros battled in two different kinds of mud 46 wars . The first mota in each class was nearly under water; the second moto was 20 seconds faster. In the 125cc Pro class Jimm y Anderson , riding for Longview Suzuki , had his WOTk cut out for him as Chris Sein es, Moto -X -Fox , ND . headed for th e winner's circle in the first m ota after an excellent ride . ' Anderson finished third with Steve Pless . Char -Lee -F urnitu re . placing second in the first moto . It was a wallow round for everyone . The second go-round was a d iffere n t story for Anderson as he busted loose off th e line and sai d "so long ." Rid ing for Eugene Suzuki, Hise had his way with his favorite goo . The first moto went hands d own to Hise . Randy Win g , r id ing for Kawasaki of Roseburg. staye d with him in the first moto as d id Darryl Zumstine , Woodland Honda . The seco n d rn oro was slightl y different. Tim Michletsch (Yam) won it with Sk eet co mi ng in second . Michletsch DNF the first mota . His e had to battle Jim Anderson who managed a third , St ac y Thornton (Kaw) . down from O lympia. greened his way to second overall with his 4-5 finish and Ph il Ruckman , rid in g for Br em e rt o n Yamaha , took t hird overall .
