TRIM and -T rac-Pro all make a great set of pants. but som e are better than others. The Trac-Pro Motocross Pants is one of those better pairs. Trac-Pro combines tough . tearresistant nylon with a soft, durable leather around the seat. knees and inside legs to make a light . comfortable pair of leathers. The lin ing is a vented nylon, sewn only at the top and bottom of the pants. This allows a more abundant airflow while in use. but creates a problem when slipping them on and off. It's really easy to put your bare foot through the mesh . or tear it out while you 're stumbling around at five in the morning on Sunday. Special attention was paid to the little things that can easil y go wrong with motocross pants. like using velcro instead of zippers on th e calf openings and hip pads. which make the TracPro pants a step ahead of the competition. To hold them around your waist. a zipper . snap and buckle have to be fastened . A choice of two types of knee cups are available. the knee/shin guard or the stock knee cup only . Outside zippers open up on the knee to allow access to their compartments. As for the looks of the Trac-Pro Motocross Pants , their color combinations of black /gold. blue/gold and red/gold are highlighted by the Trac- Pro logo on the right front thigh. the same logo on the rear. and the words Trac-Pro down the side of each leg in big b lue letters accompanied by the Tibblin Racing Products logo above. . Tibblin's secret to the comfort of th e Series II gloves is the material that goes int o each pair. Softness can be cre d ited to the sheepskin , but the comfort comes from th eir de sign. The cuts and stitching form nicely around the hand, and go unnoticed while your fingers are in action. A pre-cupped palm eliminates the usual break-in period of new gloves. Protection is maximum for the hands and fingers . while a unique blister pad has been built inside th e palm. Backpadding comes on all five fing ers and is thick enough to fight off flying objects, yet soft enough to allow movement without interference.
