The Racers Store , When the gate dropped for the start of the second moto , Gillman deliberately hesitated allowing everyone to start ahead of him . By the end of the first lap, however, Gillman was out in front and flat boogie'n . Second spot belonged to Olson and third to Maico rider Joe ' Brown. John Barr (ESM) moved up through the pack and took third away from Brown and the finishing order was set . The overall winner was Gillman with a l -] score followed by Olson (4.2) and the third place money went to Barr (6·5). Yamaha rider ' Rick Johnson and Suzuki rider Bob Elliott had a tremendous dice in both motos of the 125cc Pro dass. After two exciting and very close races Johnson emerged the victor ahead of Elliott and third place finisher Mark Toycen on a Yamaha . Brian Myerscough won the first 250cc Pro race and appeared to ha ve a runaway with the second when he fell and let Pete Wanket through for the win and overall victory with a 2-} '. score.
