R&D /Suzuki's
Scott Burnworth. This California kid
entered a total of I I races throughout
Monday, won 10 of them and took a
fourth when he crashed while in the
lead. Burnworth highlighted the eve ning's Grand Finales when he went
four for four. grabbing the holeshot in
each and taking the checkered out
front. He now reigns as Amateur
Stadium Race Champion in the 100cc
class, Senior Minibike, Minihike 105cc
Open and 125cc Intermed ia te class.
The first finale of the evening was
the 100cc action , in which Burnworth
took the lead hefore t he pack hit the
first turn . Je rry Su rber, Jr. and Adam
Renteria followed , but neither could
hold Burnworth's pace as he went
away with the win .
Burnworth's second rirle , and most
difficult to achieve. came in the Senior
Mini class. Burnworth again shot into
