In anticipation of th e th ird series ra ce a t Mountain Hi gh , Bosch announced a drawing for a CB radio would be held for all riders at Mountain H igh . Turning on to MX , a Coors Brewery representative was on hand, int erviewing various racers . The 125c c Intermediates , Division One , gave the spectators more than their sh a re of thrills. Tak ing the overall win for the class was Eric Graves (Suz- Cycl op s) . In th e first moto, Greg Taylor (Su z-Pesky's) led th e pa ck through th e first lap. Taylor and Da vid Sarian took on Can -Am H ill side-by-sid e , where Sarian took co nt rol. Obviously at home at Sprockets he ran a fin e ra ce ho lding Barry Meyer (Yam -P .O .R,T.) to a second overall and both of them fighting off Ernie Reid (Ya m -Cras h Fa ctory Racing).
