in Salt Lake City, Chase
Sexton made full use of a red
flag after a bad start. Like
he did the first time two East
rounds earlier, Sexton made
the best of the restart by
getting a better jump, passing
championship rival Shane
McElrath and running off for
the win. With the win came his
second straight 250SX East
title. Like Ferrandis, Sexton
will move up to the 450SX
class next year.
