L
evi Wosick, the son of
former factory Honda mo-
tocrosser and former owner of
Honey Lake Motocross Park
in Milford, California, suffered
injuries at the Pleasure Valley
Regional MX Qualifier in Penn-
sylvania, Monday, June 15.
The 17-year-old Wosick
suffered several injuries,
including a broken wrist, bro-
ken ribs and several broken
vertebrae in his back, result-
ing in paralysis from the chest
down. Wosick was hoping to
finish out his amateur career
at Loretta Lynn's this year and
make his professional debut
soon after.
Although the Wosick's do
have insurance, it won't be
enough to cover all of the
expenses, so a GoFundMe
account has been created in
Levi's name. If you are inter-
ested in helping out, click
here.
Wosick recently under-
went surgery and will soon
be transferred to Shepherd
Spinal Rehabilitation Clinic in
Atlanta where he will begin an
eight-week rehab program.
According to the family, Levi is
staying positive and is in good
spirits. CN
