500cc World Champion Barry Sheene has confirmed the 75-mile Long Beach "Do It in The
Streets" GP as his only 1977 U.S. appearance. Gary Nixon, Number Two in the Formula 750 World
Championship has entered. Gary Scott, with his new sponsor, Evel Knievel, will be there. Other top

In addition to the AMA, FIM Sanctioned Bike Event, Friday and Saturday action includes qualifying for the Sunday, April 3, Long Beach Grand Prix, for Formula One cars, featuring Barry Sheene's
pal, World Champion, James Hunt, Mario Andretti, Niki Lauda, Clay Regazzoni and 20 other top
stars of Formula One.
