He took top honors over 1,100 competitors at the
5th Annual Mini-Cycle Winternationals at
Jacksonville, Florida. How does he do it?
Sheer ability for one. A super-tough modified
Honda XR-75 for the other. Jeff took first in the
Hare Scrambles event, a 'g rueling two-hour race
over a four-mile course. He also captured first in
