That gave him two thirds and he repeated the motions tonight with another third in the 360 Expert behind winner Tony Alves and Roy Taboada to wrap up the championship. Delacy and sponsor/mechanic Robert Cancilla have been having their troubles with testing for the new KR racers. Rick has been on a downer but both appear ready to smile it out and go for the Junior pro tour in 1977. . Rod Spencer took over the 250 class by beating out Gary Tonda and Mike Delacy but Tonda remains in the point lead. Spencer takes over second spot from John Tavis riding a pair of excellently set up Hodakas. A pair of 250 Novice events was highlighted with a pair of wins for two riders who had never won before in the class . Terry Dickson took the "A " portion from Rocky Speakman and Steve Zanone (all recovered from an arm injury); while Jimbo Filice finally turned 14 and easily won the "B " portion from Rob Spencer and Tom Santoro, Pat Krzrarich took a pair of wins in the 125 and 250 Junior while Manuel Ponte and Bill Miner fight out for the top 250 Junior. • Matt Coleman Wins at Corning By.
