The trestle is about as lon g as a basketball court and riders tend to slow down wh en th ey 'Cross. T he speed average was 24 m ph and the abandoned ra ilro ad grade whidi followed was posted a t 30 mph . Aft er this last hurdle there was fir e road all the wa y home , and one needed that fire road to ge t back on h is m inute . A you ng Husky rid er named Ch a rlie Marshall led with a -I sco re at th e finish . This was Charlie's first ru n as an A rider. Geor ge Hen drix (H us) and John Trout (IT 400 ) both were down by -2 in th e un official results.
